The Company

Concorde Energy, Inc. (“Concorde”) was established in 2009 to explore for hydrocarbons internationally. The three owners/shareholders of Concorde are RAAM Global Energy Company (“RAAM”), Century Exploration International, Inc. (“Century”) and Lawco Energy, Inc. (“Lawco”). All three are successful private U.S. based independent oil and gas exploration and production companies with proven track records over several decades.

History

Since their inception, RAAM, Century and Lawco have collectively expended close to US $1billion on oil and gas exploration and development in multiple U.S. geologic basins and internationally. They have familiarity with diverse play concepts, both conventional and unconventional, and utilize leading exploration and production technologies to increase the probability of success and ultimate recoveries of oil and gas.

Exploration Areas

Concorde’s exploration efforts are focused initially on Western Europe. Concorde is currently in the process of identifying and making application for license positions in both France and Germany. Concorde has retained the expertise of geoscientists experienced in both France and Germany to develop prospects targeting both conventional and unconventional oil and gas resources. In France, Concorde’s geoscientists were instrumental in the early 1980′s discovery of one of the largest oil fields in the Paris Basin of France with reserves in excess of 440 million barrels of oil in place, and in subsequent years were responsible for five additional oil field discoveries in the Paris Basin.

As of September 30, 2009, Concorde has submitted three license applications in France, covering large areas, and has an interest in a fourth license application submitted earlier in the year by another party. In Germany, as of September 30, 2009, one license comprising approximately 1,500 square kilometers (i.e. 580 square miles or 370,000 acres) in Baden-Württemberg has been awarded to Concorde and its joint venture partner Bell Exploration Ltd., and two other applications are pending in a nearby State.
